If you have ordered two or more different items, they are being shipped separately from our various facilities and storage locations to you. Therefore, please be patient and wait a little longer, or contact us via support@premiory.com. We will provide you with specific information about your packages.

Estimated Delivery: 5-21 business days* (depending on the product type) or longer during holiday seasons.
- 5-12 business days for domestic products (Cotton apparel, mugs, dog tags, tumblers…)
- 12-21 business days for other complex All-Over-Printed or imported products (jacket, polo, sweater, AOP hoodies/sweatshirt, hawaiian shirt, cap, bedding…)
If you receive an incorrect or defective item (e.g., flawed product, wrong design, type, or size), please email us at support@premiory.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and the shipping label, and we’ll verify the issue promptly.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.
- Examples of covered issues: manufacturing defects, design errors, or items that don’t match your order.
If you had provided a valid Email address while submitting the order, we normally send you the tracking number to that Email id. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at support@premiory.com and we will provide your tracking details.
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team at support@premiory.com, we are happy to assist.
These T-shirts are preshrunk, made of 100% High Quality Cotton. And you can order your true size, and in case of any fitting issues, we will exchange the shirt at no cost to you.
Most of our products are made in the USA and some are not. However, all of our products are shipped from USA. For all products that are made in the USA, we do state that in the product description. Some of our AOP items may be made outside of US, but the designs are printed in the USA in Colorado.
Shipping fees depend on the product type, weight, and destination. Typically, fees range from $5-$15 for domestic orders and $15-$30 for international orders. The exact fee will be shown at checkout. Contact support@premiory.com for a detailed quote.
Most times this happens because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at support@premiory.com, and we will fix it for you.
We accept shipping to PO Boxes.
Due to a high rate of lost packages and shipping delays, our current shipping partners have suspended delivery services to Military APO/FPO addresses. As an alternative, we suggest using a local or non-military address for smooth delivery.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@premiory.com. A small processing fee (5% of your order) may apply to cover transaction costs. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
